Support Falun Gong Practitioners’ Lawsuits Against Genocide, Torture and Crimes Against Humanity

Over 50 lawsuits have been filed against Chinese Communist Party officials for crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against humanity, with the assistance of over 70 lawyers across 30 countries. Lawsuits against former Chinese communist leader Jiang Zemin were filed in 15 countries. Full story

Sydney Practitioners Commemorate "April 25 Appeal" with Candlelight Vigil (Photos)

To commemorate the "April 25 Appeal" in Beijing in 1999, practitioners in Sydney held a rally and candlelight vigil on the square in front of the City Hall on the evening of April 24, 2008. They mourned the thousands of Falun Gong practitioners who have lost their lives because of the persecution, recounted the nine years of peaceful resistance, and condemned the CCP for its ongoing brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Attorney General intervenes in Falun Gong torture case

The Federal Attorney General’s Department intervened yesterday to stop a default judgement in the Supreme Court of NSW against a high-ranking Chinese government official for his role in the torture and persecution of two Sydney Falun Gong practitioners while they were in China. The Attorney General’s department had received correspondence from the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy in relation to the case. Full story

He faces lawsuits from Falun Gong practitioners not only in Australia, but in more than ten countries including America, Canada, Spain, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, Russia, and South Korea.
