Two United
Nations Special Rapporteurs have reiterated their previous findings
on China's organ harvesting. Once again, they requested the
Chinese government to fully explain the allegation of taking
vital organs from Falun Gong practitioners and the source of
organs for the sudden increase in organ transplants that has
been going on in China since the year 2000.
Ms. Asma Jahangir and Mr. Manfred Nowak, the UN Special Rapporteurs
on Freedom of Religion or Belief and on the Question of Torture,
made the request jointly and documented it in their respective
2008 annual reports to the UN Human Rights Council, as a follow-up
to their previous communications to the Chinese government.

New
York City police have arrested at least six members of
a pro-Communist mob which attacked Falun Gong practitioners
in the New York suburb of Flushing. Pro-communist mobs,
numbering as many as 600, have been a consistent presence
in intimidating Falun Gong adherents since May 17th. The
attacks have frequently escalated to violence.
The
events are believed to have been orchestrated by the Chinese
consulate in New York, as revealed by a telephone recording
with the Chinese consul general in which he boasts of
his involvement.

At least five
Sydney Falun Gong practitioners have reported recent verbal and
physical attacks in public by pro-communist Chinese on different
occasions because of their beliefs.
In one case, 60-year old Mrs Ma received a death threat while
at a human rights display at the popular Chinese tourist site,
Mrs Macquarie's Chair. "I want to kill you," said a
Chinese bus driver to Mrs Ma, who was also physically assaulted
by the man. Similar incidents have been reported in Sydney's Chinatown
and outside a student college. Mrs Ma said the attacks reminded
her of the Cultural Revolution in China.

Falun Dafa Information Center has obtained a recorded phone
conversation with New York City's Chinese Consul General,
Mr. Peng Keyu, in which he confirms his role in organizing
a mob of several-hundred Chinese immigrants to assail Falun
Gong practitioners in Flushing, New York.

Over
50 lawsuits have been filed against Chinese Communist Party
officials for crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against
humanity, with the assistance of over 70 lawyers across
30 countries. Lawsuits against former Chinese communist
leader Jiang Zemin were filed in 15 countries.
There
are currently three such lawsuits in Australia.
