Mission Statement: To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions,
organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun
Gong; to bring such investigation, no matter how long it takes,
no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to
exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and

International Coalition Prepares Lawsuits in Multiple Countries
Against Former Chinese Leader, Jiang Zemin For Crimes Against
Humanity and Genocide
Philip Grant, legal representative to the plaintiffs and President
of TRIAL (Track Immunity Always), a non-governmental organization
in Switzerland devoted to combating impunity, announced that he
is organizing an international coalition to bring Jiang to justice.
Mr. Grant announced that, in the coming weeks, criminal complaints
will be "prepared and/or filed" in a number of countries
who possess universal jurisdiction for crimes of "torture,
crimes against humanity and/or genocide."
